I made 4 very different and beautiful ones in 1 week. I gifted 3 and kept 1 for myself. The masterclass is truly well done and explained very well. The videos are great and easy to follow. I also liked the additional tips about how to mix yarns and colours. I would definitely suggest it for crochet newbies and pros alike.

The video was very easy to follow, and I felt confident enough to just “go for it” before too long. It felt great to create something completely original, and not have a cookie cutter wearable. I love the FreeSpirit shawl pattern and made several as Christmas gifts 🎁 The tutorials were super helpful and even as a beginner my shawl turned out PERFECT! I would recommend Aluma patterns and definitely use them again!

This was the best workshop I have ever taken online. The course segments, and all the instructions, were clear and she is a wonderful presenter. I was engaged the whole time and love my piece. And the bonus for me was the LEFT HANDED instructions. I will definitely be making more of these. I wore my Dreamcatcher a few times over the holidays and got many compliments.

I soooo enjoyed the Dreamcatcher Neckpiece Masterclass which was developed and led by a MASTER teacher. This, like all of Aluma's other courses, is incredibly well -organized and filled with reams of information regarding colour and yarn choices and... much much more! As she leads you patiently, with encouragement, step by step through the crochet process, you feel her joy which is truly contagious and in the end you create a work of art! I've made one for me, one for a friend and will be making more in the new year.

I loved this course and have made 2 dreamcatcher neck pieces for myself. The videos are so easy to crochet along with. I’ve been crocheting for years but this was a unique way of crocheting to me. Using different yarn weights and different hooks was a new way of looking at what can be crocheted together. I’ve ordered two courses after this one and they’ve all been great!

Easy to follow this pattern, and the shawl makes up quickly, but you are in control of the colours and textures you choose to use.

This crochet course was absolutely amazing. The lessons were clear, well-paced, and easy to follow, which made learning feel calm instead of overwhelming. You can truly feel the care and intention behind how this course was created. I gained confidence in my skills and actually enjoyed every step of the process. I’m so glad I invested in this course and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn or grow in crochet.
